This 48-Inch Propane Mobile Griddle is designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time and is built to convert with ease into a Charbroiler for dual function use. Griddles are constructed of 5/16-inch cold rolled steel with stainless steel splash guards and a removable stainless steel grease tray.
