It also has a reliable flame-thrower ignition and illuminated control knobs. With 15,000 BTUs of efficient cooking power per burner, you have 30,000 BTUs total at your fingertips to handle anything. The 3 thermocouples are located directly beneath the cooking surface to give a more accurate temperature reading.

Another safety upgrade is the enhanced, front-facing drip trough with grease-management channels that auto-seats and locks in place to ensure effortless cleanup. The updated LED knob lights feature temperature indicators for safety, shining red when gas is flowing, and enhance visibility for nighttime grilling.

The LTE+ Griddle comes with Blaze’s best-in-class, lifetime warranty, so you can buy your griddle with confidence knowing that it will last. It also includes interchangeable propane and natural gas orifices, so switching from one gas to the other is quick and easy and won’t require a separate gas conversion kit. Please note that 110 volts are required to use the lights, but they are not needed to cook on your griddle.
