The Big Texan 3-Burner Griddle features a Dual Plate System constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and cast iron for exceptional performance and longevity. Built with a 304 stainless steel frame and cooking surface, it includes a cast iron base plate that distributes heat evenly across the entire cooking surface for consistent results. Three U-shaped stainless steel burners deliver 9,000 BTUs each for powerful, reliable heating. The unit includes two safety valves with thermocouples that automatically cut off the gas supply in the event of accidental flame extinction. Additional features include a battery-operated ignition system, a removable grease tray for easy cleaning, and opposite gas orifices for convenient gas conversion. The griddle is equipped with a 3/8-inch gas fitting (gas connections sold separately), is ETL Certified, and meets ANSI Z21.58b and CSA 1.6b standards. Lid and accessories are sold separately.
