It features four, 22-inch deep racks, which are big enough to fit full-size steam pans and offer plenty of cooking space. The water pan can be removed to convert the smoker into a grill or BBQ pit. The door includes an extra latch for a tighter seal, ensuring better heat retention. It’s easy for cleanup and reloading, thanks to the slide-out fire and ash pans.
