The fryer includes a 30 quart aluminum stock pot with vented lid, a perforated poultry rack with grab hook, and 1 oz trial seasoning injector. Also included is a 12-inch thermometer, measuring between 50 and 750 degrees. The stock pot is constructed from 10 mm, 18 gauge aluminum making it durable without being too heavy.
