Handcrafted in Portugal, the Cru Oven Model 30 allows you to enjoy the great taste of a wood-fired pizza anywhere you go. This portable pizza oven is constructed of 304 stainless steel and comes equipped with a pizza peel and an ember rake so it’s ready to go right out of the box. Capable of reaching temperatures up to 900 degrees, the Cru 30 heats up in 15 minutes and can be fueled by either wood or charcoal. The removable refractory brick cooking base can fit one pizza up to 12 inches and is large enough to bake bread, roast meat, or vegetables, as well as fit a cast iron or ceramic pan. This portable pizza oven weighs only 33 lbs and has a removable chimney so packing it up for a road trip is a breeze.
