The 304 stainless steel construction is 3/8 inch thick for a warp-free performance to last for years. Two stainless steel burners are lit using hot surface ignition and produce up to 40,000 BTUs. The two back-lit control knobs allow for dual zone cooking so that you can cook different food at different temperatures at the same time. You can also cook for a party on the 30 inch by 18 inch cooking surface. The grease pan is easy to clean thanks to the removable trays. A stainless steel cover is included to protect the griddle when it is not in use. All Echelon grills come with a free custom laser inscribed personalized name plate that will require filling out and mailing in the form that comes with the grill and manual. Once received, the custom name plate will be shipped back free of charge.
