Four cast stainless steel burners, two infrared searing burners, and a rear infrared rotisserie burner come through with 85,000 BTUs for cooking anything and everything you could want. The primary cooking area comprised of 10mm hexagonal stainless steel cooking grids provides 712 sq. inches of cooking space. The Grand Turbo uses a ceramic brick radiant heat system above the burners to evenly spread heat and keep temperatures consistent. Interior halogen lights let you grill at any time of day (or night).The control knobs are lit by temperature indicating LED lights.
