Steel coated with porcelain enamel inside and out, the bowl and lid of the Weber Master Touch charcoal BBQ grill are precisely formed to allow heat to circulate evenly inside the grill and across 363 square inches of cooking area. The Master Touch grill also includes a warming rack which adds 80 square inches of cooking area, for a total of 443 square inches. The smoke porcelain-enamel coating is baked on, fusing the finish to the steel to prevent rusting and peeling through years of use. The aluminized steel One-Touch cleaning system makes clean-up hassle free. As you rotate the handle, three blades in the bowl move ash through the vents and down into the removable, high-capacity aluminum ash catcher below, which is enclosed to prevent ashes from blowing away and creating a mess. Only the unburned coals remain in the bowl and can be re-lit for your next barbecue, which helps you save money on fuel. With the versatile Weber Master Touch grill, you have the option of direct or indirect cooking by using the two included Char-Basket charcoal fuel holders in various positions. The adjustable, no-rust aluminum top vent provides the proper airflow needed for perfect grilling and, along with the built-in thermometer, helps you to control the temperature inside the grill. This Weber Master Touch grill also features the Gourmet BBQ System hinged cooking grate with a 12-inch insert that can be replaced with other components (sold separately) for more grilling flexibility. The grill also includes two glass-reinforced nylon handles that can withstand the elements for the life of the grill, one of which has built-in tool hooks, and a Tuck-Away lid holder that conveniently allows you to store the lid while you grill.
