The Alfresco 24-Inch Natural Gas Versa Power Cooking System in Ultramarine Blue offers from 400 to 65,000 BTUs of power for total heat control. The specially designed super heavy-duty spider grate will handle the smallest of sauce pans and up to a 100 quart stock pot. It is also ideal for a turkey fryer. Its versatility makes it the perfect complementary appliance to complete your outdoor kitchen. This cooking system features all commercial stainless steel construction with heli-arc welded seams, exclusive dual burner system each with independent controls, removable 5/16-inch diameter electropolished stainless steel spider grate, removable center trivet, user friendly push button ignition system and recessed sealed top for wind protection and to contain spillage. Its lightweight design coupled with a quick-disconnect hose (not included) allows this burner to be easily taken anywhere with you.
