The Cru 32 G2 is our most versatile oven to date. We have improved on the original design, making a great oven even better by adding a heat deflector to the top of the dome, improving thermo efficiency. Redesigned the stand for increased durability. The net result is our best oven yet. Pizza is only the beginning with the Cru 32 G2. Push the fire back and cook on the stone or push the fire forward and cook right on the coals, insert our grill grid or your favorite piece of oven safe cookware. It is up to you and what you want to cook and not what your oven can handle. Do not limit your possibilities with your oven. The Cru 32 G2 is 100 percent handmade in Portugal of dual walled and insulated stainless steel for a lifetime of wood-fired cooking.
